| Experience : I am a retired doctor with experience of training in a variety of sports and fitness disciplines. Born with cystic fibrosis, keeping fit has allowed me to live far longer than predicted. I hope my experience can help others to take control of their lives and health. I have participated in athletics, cricket, squash, football, rugby, martial arts, aerobics, cycling, skiing and Nordic Walking. After retirement, I qualified as an aerobics instructor, Nordic Walking instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Adviser.
