Everyone looks so confident and self assured, it can be very off putting for beginners to exercise or for ladies self conscious about their figures. I specialise in women only fitness and weight management in a private studio in Hightown (between Crosby and Formby). A fully qualified personal trainer, I have worked in the fitness industry for 8 years, and understand women's hopes and fears about exercise. Whatever your goals - to lose weight, increase finess, regain your shape after having a baby, or to wear a bikini on your summer holidays, I will work with you to establish specific, realistic, and achievable targets, based on a detailed assessment of your current level of fitness.
