    Experience :

    I am the managing director as well as the founder of FIT4U Personal Training. I am currently studying towards my BSc Honours in Sports Science (Health and Exercise) as well as adding to my practical certification in personal training.
     
    I have over 10 years experience in exercise and fitness and I have over 3 years experience in the field working as a fitness trainer. My experience and previous study have helped me develop key skills in effectively delivering comprehensive one-on-one exercise programs which incorporate exercise screening, fitness testing, and training such as functional, plyometric, flexibility, circuit, resistance and cardiovascular as well as many others.
     
    My experience has allowed me to provide programs for everyone from young to old, whether they want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, train for a specific sport, improve conditions such as heart problems, osteoporosis, obesity, or simply become fitter to reap the benefits of becoming healthier.
