    For over five years I have been working as a personal trainer, helping women and men of all ages and abilities lose weight and get fitter. During this time I have been able to discover first hand what really works and what doesn't. It is from these experiences that I have now created an easy to follow, unique 12 week course to set you up with a new body for life! Why 12 weeks? Well this is a realistic timeframe to see major changes in health, appearance and performance.
     
    So how does it work? Well, in a nutshell, after you have had a friendly chat with your trainer, discussed your goals and fitness background, your 12 week journey will begin.
     
    You will be given a handy 'Miss Fit Pack' full of pictures of exercises, health and weight management tips, plus all of your personalised exercise programmes and nutrition plans inside. You simply just need to pick up the pack and follow your workout plan each week, without having to think about what exercises to do or when. It's all in there for you, easy! And to help you along the way, we will give you tons of motivation and support, helping you to stay on track (whilst checking your workout diary to eliminate any risk of skiving!).
     
    Your course will be tailored to suit you exactly - if this means a personal training session once a month or every other day, we'll make sure we book in your sessions to suit you. All we ask is that you commit to this timeframe and really give it your best shot.
     
    After your course has finished, if you would like to (and many do!) you can continue to receive personal training as frequently as you like....we know from experience that by this time it is very likely you will be addicted to your new healthier lifestyle. So whether you want to stay working with us, or if we have inspired you to discover new and alternative ways of keeping fit, we will happily encourage you to keep it up and stay healthy for life!
     
    This service is very different from the rest, lots of fun and really works!!! We look forward to hearing from you and chatting informally about what we can do to help.
