    Experience :

    I am qualified n to train a broad range of needs, Strength and Conditioning, special populations . Add these to my UK Athletics Senior Endurance Coaching qualification and you have a PT with an extensive knowledge of fitness principles which can be applied on a 1:1 or group basis.
     
    I also believe in the importance of strength and conditioning as a means to improve posture and to prevent injury. In addition I have studied the biomechanics of running and cannot stress enough the importance of sound technique.
     
    I have the capability to improve your lifestyle from a fitness perspective and have the expertise to work with all levels from new starters to experienced endurance athletes. I believe in providing challenging instruction but with a fun element.
