    Experience :

    I am an established personal trainer who has been in the Industry for over 3 years. I come from a small town called Havant which is in the South East of the country. I first started by working at 2 Council gym as a gym instructor which developed my ability to teach and train all types of ages. I then progress with extra qualifications and done 1-1 training in and out of the gym environment.
     
    After 2 years of working for the council, I decided to work as a Fitness consultant on a Fred Olsen cruise line. During the time working on the ship I was the most successful out of all of the Fred Olsen cruise line. I finished a 7 month contract and felt that was enough to develop my skills further ready to go back on land.
     
    As a Personal trainer, I completely look after my client in each step of the way. I will do exciting motivating training session but adapting to the indivdual potential and that just the beginning of the service provided.
     
    During the session will be supporting clients, motivating the client by telling them the benefits and generally praising them for the efforts put into the training. The main important factor is supervising them every step of the way.
     
    Sessions will include a Health consultation; this is where I would check all the necessary measurements, i.e. weight, fat and weight to hip ratio’ etc. This will also give me an opportunity to discuss life style changes and set new goal which will be measured on a continue basis.
     
    After the session I will also set them up a program that will need to be followed as least 3 times a week.
     
    I have a great passion in helping people on a day to day bases and I feel helping people just comes naturally to me. I tend to go that extra mile for people who are seeking help or advice and do get a lot of self satisfaction in doing this.
