| Experience : I know what it's like to be up to your ears in work commitments and short of time for your own healt and fitness because I've been there too! The only way I could deal with the demands of a stressful job and keep my energy levels up was by making sure I found the time to do some regular exercise. I soon realised just how much my improved health and fitness was benefiting me and decided I wanted to help other people feel the same benefits. So I took the plunge, gave up my media job, requalified as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist and set up this company for people just like you! I can offer you tailor made personal training, nutrition and lifestyle advice, designed to fit into the time you have available. Sessions take place outside in local parks/green spaces. My speciality areas are weight management, pre- and post natal fitness, stress and endurance sports. I'm also a qualified swimming instructor. I can also offer you a variety of massage treatments to compliment your new fitness regime, soothe/prevent injuries and relax your body and mind. | |||||||
