| Professional Reference When I first met you, I thought oh no, not another Personal Trainer, they are all the same! But I was wrong, you are different, you are not only passionate and believe in what you do, you didn’t have the arrogance that other trainers I have come across in the past. 3 months ago, I couldn’t run 100 yards and last Sunday, purely down to your dedication in helping me succeed, I managed to run 3 ½ miles in the race for life. You have really inspired me and made me feel great throughout, gradually and progressively taking me through a step-by-step programme especially written for my abilities. With your help I have managed to do something I have never thought I would be able to achieve. I have recently been through a tough time personally and you have managed to build up my confidence and make me feel better about myself. We have had some real fun along the way and I will never forget the time you picked me up and carried me through the flooded area so I didn’t get wet feet..man, you are fit!
