| Experience : Working for a prestigious health and fitness club in Hampton gave me access to a variety of clientele. I completed a diploma in Sports Massage at St Mary's University last year and take a holistic view when managing client's training programs. I have worked with a variety of clients whose aims range from sports specific conditioning, training towards specific sporting events, to weight loss. Whether it's sports specific training, maintenance and injury prevention or weight loss following starting a family or other life changing events, I can help. I offer personalised and varied training programmes to suit the client's needs and speed of progression. I regularly attend career development courses. Recent courses include NLP for Improved Motivation and Functional Training Techniques. Courses I'm currently doing are Boxercise and Kick Boxing. | Professional Reference Having been a constant dieter all my life with a positive distaste to exercise, along with a workaholic 24/7 I was not keen to have a personal trainer knocking at my door at a certain day and time to force me to exercise, however, having tried all manner of things to get the Cindy Crawford look I agreed to Camilla's gentle persuasion... Working with Camilla highlighted where I have fallen into bad habits with food choices, irregular meal times and how my dedication to my work and clients had forced a lifestyle lacking in physical activity of any sort despite living next door to a beautiful park. Camilla's ability to listen, personalise my programme and encouragement gave me confidence that weight loss and fitness was still in my power to acheive.
