    I work out of One of Londons largest and well equipped gym in central London, Gymbox. Specialist equipment includes Varying Speed and agility equipment, Gravity boots, Weighted vests as well as a wide range of specialist boxing and martial arts equipment.
    Experience :

    With over 10 years training experience as a fighter and trainer, clients experience new heights of fitness and energy levels. I have trained celebrities, professional athletes, footballers, as well as managed to collect an impressive array of brides (which seems to now be a speciality as well). I have over 5 years sports injury massage experience, I am in the process of setting up a central London clinic. I have passed GP referral I am waiting to recieve certfication.

    I decided to plan my wedding in 3 months, and thought that within that time frame I was not going to have the time to make any drastic changes to my figure. But not so according to Freddie. I was initially skeptical that the exercises could have the effect he was claiming. But it really made a massive difference, for the first time ever I seemed to have stomach muscles and my arms have never been so defined. I felt confident on my wedding day (something I never thought I would), and on my honeymoon there was another first - I actually felt happy wearing a bikini.

    If you’re thinking about signing up with Freddie do yourself a favour and RUN!!!! I’m joking (of course…or am I?) I’ve been training with Freddie for around six weeks and I’m definitely pleased with the results. Without a doubt – you will push yourself to places that you never thought were possible, do more sit ups than anybody in their reasonable mind would expect and lift weights until you arms drop off and crawl away… nah, I’m kidding …feel like jelly more like it. The upside – you’ll also be able to scream or shout your frustrations at him and trust me …it makes those ten extra push ups well worth it! The more I work out the more motivated I become. It may have to do with the fact that Freddie will work you harder if you’ve been slacking off, but honestly, I know it has a whole lot more to do with the planning my wardrobe :o)! if you are dedicated and patient you will see results. You may have to retire your ‘favourite’ jeans because they’ll become too big (still not impressed because I love those jeans!!!) BUT you will undeniably look and feel better! So what are you waiting for?!?! LET THE TORTURE BEGIN :o)

    I have been using the gym for sometime now and I felt that I got to a point where I was not really benefiting from the amount of time I was spending training. I was intent on trying to improve my fitness levels and reduce my waistline so after having a chat with Freddie I decided to have some one to one sessions.
     
    Once Freddie knew what I wanted to achieve he put together a training schedule and within a matter of weeks I noticed a change; my fitness levels increased, my waistline got smaller and my posture improved.
     
    Freddie also put together a programme of exercises aimed at improving my golf. We have done a lot of core exercises targeting flexibility, strength and power. This has made a real difference to both the accuracy and distance and ball is traveling, and has seen a gradual reduction in the scores I am shooting. My driving range on average was between 250-270 yards, this has now increased to 270-300+ yards and I was shooting 90 – 95 per round which has now dropped to 85 – 90.
     
    I would recommend to anyone to train with Freddie as he will listen to what you want to achieve and set you on the right path, he also takes a genuine interest in the goals of his clients.
