    Hi. My name is Guy Stockwell. Over the years I have learned to appreciate just how much regular exercise can help improve your body and mind. The benefits and how much better you feel after a good training session are well worth the effort.
     
    Back in the days I spent working long hours at a desk all day, and commuting across London the only thing that kept my energy levels up, was making sure I found the time to do some regular exercise.
     
    As I increasingly realised just how much my health and fitness was benefiting me and helping me deal with the demands of a stressful job in London, I began to want to help other people feel the same benefits.
     
    Through offering tailor made exercise routines with the guidance and motivation needed for you to reach your optimum health & fitness goals i can show you how a little bit of sweat and hard work can improve the quality of your life.

    I have always been quite skeptical about the whole ‘personal training thing’….. Until despite regular trips to the gym (which I didn’t enjoy) and watching what I ate I failed to lose weight and tone up like I wanted. I was unhappy with my weight and body shape and always felt tired at work. It had also started to affect my confidence so I bit the bullet and looked into personal training and have never looked back.
    Guy analyzed my whole health lifestyle educating me about healthy eating and how my body works in relation to energy in and energy out. I had definite goals in mind to what I wanted to achieve from working with him and I have not been disappointed. We sat down and went through my reasons for personal training and my ultimate goals. He then built me a personal training regime and nutrition plan which took into account my current lifestyle and commitments.
    The thing I like about working with Guy is he really listened to what I wanted to achieve and set me realistic targets and goals and never misled me into what results we could achieve or the work that I would need to put in. Since working with Guy I have lost 13lbs in weight and inches from all over my body. Not only that but I feel much healthier and no longer feel drained and tired when I am at work. I haven’t only lost weight but completely changed my body shape. I feel like I have also gained an education as to how my body works and now enjoy exercise rather than dread it.
    Guy is an excellent personal trainer. He is an expert motivator and extremely good fun. I have never felt self conscious training with him and would recommend Guy to anyone looking for help in changing their fitness lifestyle.
