| Professional Reference My programme with Ellysia has been the best thing I have done for a long time. As all people, I started working out to lose weight that I had gained, and to fit back into outfits that I couldn’t fit into anymore. It was a road I started on the treadmill that was not getting me anywhere until I met up with Ellysia. As a personal trainer, Ellysia has been a great motivator. She has challenged me and been well set in achieving my personal goals. It has been a mini project, with me going from a once a week to meet up to twice a week currently. I have been inspired to focus on balance and coordination, and by losing weight I have gained more confidence in the way I approach and dress in public. The programme has involved eating habits, when to eat and what to eat to help my joints and help me to maintain weight loss and help my muscles. It has been great as I’m subconsciously aware of sleep, eat and exercising habits. Getting a personal trainer has been the greatest decision I have made. Ellysia is a great inspiration to me and has the determination and mindset to make anyone achieve their goals. A self motivated person is rare to see and that is great to see in someone who can then inspire others. I recommend her to anyone who has the desire to achieve weight loss, and be fitter in body and mind. Rani Younas I began training with Ellysia because I had become unhappy about my overall fitness and body shape. Working with Ellysia we devised a new eating programme as well as a variety of exercise programmes for me to do on my own. The one-on-one training vastly improved my confidence around the gym and the variety of exercise options made it interesting to do on my own for the rest of the week. Although the training was tough, the training was fun and has enabled me to get a lot more out of my gym membership than I would have done on my own. Ellysia also consistently kept me motivated to reach my goals, even when I 'fell of the wagon'.
