| Experience : I am a full time Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist & an instructor for British Military Fitness. My background is predominately in athletics, martial arts & boxing having trained in these fields for over 20yrs. I specialise in functional & fitness training for sports as well as sports massage & post injury rehabilitation, working with clients of all ability levels from those with little or no structured exercise experience to international athletes. I will be able to assist you with your posture, diet & nutritional requirements along with structured & progressive programmes to ensure you get the results that you require.
