    Passionate about physical and mental well-being, I pride myself in helping clients achieve their fitness goals by also paying close attention to their state of mind. I achieve this by devising individual training programs for each of my clients tailoring the exercises to their level of fitness and training needs.
     
    I cater for all levels of fitness, and pride myself on building up my clients fitness levels at a sustainable pace resulting in exercise being an integral part of their lives.
     
    My priority is for my clients to reach their goals in a fun, safe and effective way. I make sure that the sessions are challenging but enjoyable. Early training is no problem and many of my clients enjoy feeling awake and refreshed to get through their busy day with energy.

    "I was having a hard time motivating myself to get back into a routine after a long break from exercising and losing any semblance of fitness. About this time, Agi invited me in for a complementary session. To be honest, I was sceptical, having declined invitations for personal training previously. Well, even though training is by nature a largely physical undertaking, Agi’s background and approach – which involved throwing in a healthy amount of intelligence - is what convinced me to sign on with her. (I say this knowing boredom is the ever-present danger of a gym routine!)     Agi’s approach struck a great balance between pushing and knowing when to ease up. Several rounds of medications left me in a weakened state at one point, and Agi showed a great amount of patience and skill in keeping me going. I look back on all that she’s taught me and realise there is no way I would have spent the time combing through fitness materials to come up with the volume of knowledge she’s imparted. One small example - I wasn’t making much progress with my legs on my own, aside from managing to strain a knee. The exercises Agi coached me through are showing outstanding results, at the same time proving to be much more interesting to do - and much kinder to my body.
