    I have been a trainer for the last 10 year's, working from gym's and client's home's. I owned my own gym for 4 year's, and sold it to get back to what i enjoy most - training client's to the best of my ability. I have a Premier Diploma in Personal Training and have 20 year's of sport's backround, especialy boxing and losing body fat together with the life experince to get the best out of you,fully insured and first aid trained.
