    Experience :

    At college I studied A level Sports Studies, this is where my passion for health and fitness developed. Since then I have run many half marathons, cycled many bikeathons and have now completed my first strongman competition. I played rugby for 3 years before moving to the martial art of Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) two years ago.
     
    I completed a Diploma in Advanced Personal Training in '09' which included many areas such as Postural Assessment, Nutritional Advice and weight management. This combined with many years of sports specific training means no matter what your goals, I really know what works for you!
     
    I find it greatly rewarding when I see my clients achieve their goals and knowing that I have helped them change their lives.
     
    I am working towards owning my own gym and continuing the struggle to express the benefits of Physical activity in a world dominated by play stations and MacDonald’s.

    My Name is Steve and I have been seeing Daniel for three months. Like many people with busy jobs and a family I settled into a routine of bad eating and no exercise. I dreaded the thought of a treadmill and didn’t have the motivation to join a gym. After my last doctor’s appointment it turned out I had very high blood pressure and cholesterol readings. I was put on medication and took four pills a day, things had to change!
    After a free consultation Daniel explained the subtle lifestyle changes that can reduce these levels, tweaking my diet and setting realistic goals. Daniel created a clever programme with cardio and free weights exercises (something I never thought I would do). I have now stopped taking medication and my blood pressure is in the normal limits.
    Loosing nearly two stone has boosted my confidence and given me a new perspective on my personal fitness and how important you body is. I now enjoy exercise and the whole family are off on a cycling holiday in the summer.
