Flexibility tests

We use tests to provide essential information about the effectiveness of our training programs.

There are various categories of tests, the main ones being:

  • Flexibility
  • Strength
  • Power
  • General fitness
  • Body/Agility test
  • General running

Tests are used at various points in the training cycle, including:

  • At the start of training, to provide a baseline
  • During training to monitor the ongoing effectiveness
  • Before a big event to assess readiness

The information gained allows coaches to make changes and monitor if these changes are having the desired effect.
