YMCA Tai Chi - Qigong is a two day module which was designed to meet the growing demand for a more holistic and integrated approach to fitness.

This is an ideal opportunity for personal trainers, to gain a strong foundation in the understanding of internal energy, the meridians and the link between mind, body and breath. As well as theoretical knowledge, you will also be taught a series of ancient energy-cultivating exercises to enhance well-being and personal performance.

This module will give you the tools to incorporate key principles into your existing classes, programmes or personal training sessions.
