If you are looking to educate yourself on new advanced choreography, Focus Training's one day Advanced Choreography Course can help you do just that. On the course, you will learn how to create and teach advanced choreography in a flowing and logical system for a high/ low Exercise to Music session. As a REPS accredited course, you will recieve 8 CPD credits.

Course Content:

  • The principles of warming up & cooling down
  • Cueing and techniques of teaching
  • Exploring elements of variation, base moves, and secondary base moves
  • Discovering how to change leading legs by using transition moves
  • Recording choreography
  • How to plan choreography in 32 count blocks
  • How to make use of top & tail, reverse pyramid, pyramid, link part to whole, add on, and layering

In order to be eligable to take this course, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or over
  • Hold a current Fitness Instructing Exercise to Music Level 2 Certificate
  • Have an up-to-date CPR certificate
