Insurance to practise can be obtained after completion of the course.

  • Module 9 Children
  • Module 10 Elderly
  • Module 11 Pregnancy
  • Module 12 Case studies

Entry Requirements
Students must hold a suitable qualification in fitness instruction. A qualification in fitness testing is desirable but not essential. Minimum age, 18.

Length and Format of Course
12 months (based on 10-12 hours study per week). Maximum time allowed is 2 years. Distance learning.

Assessment

  • Continuous coursework assessment with tutor feedback
  • One 90 minute theory exam to be held at your nearest Premier venue
