Tony Whiteman Personal Fitness was a natural progression from my 10 year career as a professional athlete, incorporating two Olympic Games. My practical knowledge is complimented by a degree in Sport Science encompassing areas such as nutrition, training regimes and personal physical development. I have the experience to provide a rounded approach to health and fitness, covering all aspects of a modern healthy lifestyle. I intend to identify a client's goal and produce a programme designed to help them achieve this with motivation and support.
