A little about me:

My personal goal this year is completing my rehabilitation based CPD so that I can help people with medical conditions such as stroke, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and also help those with mental health issues get back on track through the benefits of better eating and excercising. 

I live out in rural Mid Sussex and therefore can travel to Brighton, Burgess Hill, Lewes, Haywards Heath, Steyning, and to all surrounding villages. Clients from all walks of life are welcome including those with special or tricky health needs.
