I'm Matt, a mobile Personal Trainer and weight loss coach, based in Shrewsbury.

What Can I Do For You?

I am a weight loss coach, helping clients to lose weight, get fit and feel great!



Through bespoke PT sessions, we'll explore movements and exercises, that will increase fitness, strength and mobility. 



I can coach you through nutritional changes, that are habit based, and therefore sustainable, giving you the relevent knowledge to lose weight, and keep it off. Together, we'll explore any barriers to lifestyle, training or nutrition, that may affect you reaching your goals, in order to integrate your plan into your lifestyle, so that we can make being fit and healthy, as simple as possible.
