A Brief Introduction:

Martial arts Master (black belt)specialised in self-defense for real life and whatever your goal is with more than 10 years of experience

Experience:

For those willing to get back to our true nature, who are bored to be in the gym performing those repetitive exercises over and over again without getting the improvements wished (being in a sticky point).Keep improving changing the programme! Three words to define this are: Practical, efficient and adaptable. These are lots of new exercises for the real life (combative, carrying, lifting, jumping, balancing, climbing, walking, running, crawling) learning the most efficient technique while improving conditioning, strength, coordination, mobility of the joints, flexibility, endurance, posture and alignment, lose weight, self-defense and gain muscle in a funny and enjoiyable manner (games, cooperative working and much more). It is the way to come back to our true nature and natural movements, that is why after my experience I see that this is not a choice but a necessity of every human. I've got experience in body transformations, strength (weightlifting, powelifting) and I also prepare people for obstacle race, and some events like martial arts (self defense for real situations against guns , knives , sticks ...)
