I have trained a multitude of athletes and individuals of both genders also of varying ages (youth, adolescents, adults and the older generation) in various environments e.g. football teams, gym based, at home or in a park. I provide high intense training that promises results. I tailor all training programs to individuals needs and requirements and provide scientific evidence and proper training periodisation.

I will never give any two individuals the same program as everything is personalised to every individual. I expect full commitment from clients as you have to put in the work, in return I promise results and helping you reach your goals.
