What Can I Do For You?

As a Personal Trainer, my job is to educate and support you on your journey to achieve your goals by creating programmes that are unique to you. Not only will I help you look and feel better about yourself by showing you how capable you are throughout your journey, but I will also instil my values in your training to help you find your motivation and hold yourself accountable as you progress.

My passion for fitness began in 2017 when I joined my local CrossFit box and developed an interest in Olympic weightlifting and corrective exercise. I was in the Army Reserves during my university years and have been through the Army selection process twice. Over time, setting challenges and growing physically stronger has given me the resilience to always strive for self-improvement, which I hope to share with you. Since then, I believe that you should constantly strive to challenge yourself to become a better, stronger you.

“Training with Dee has been fantastic for me. The programme she has put together feels really challenging but also realistic and sustainable. I started to see a difference in my strength after just a few weeks. One of the differences between Dee and PTs I’ve trained with in the past is that she helps me to understand why we’re doing things a certain way and a bit of the science behind the process, so I’ll have a level of understanding and capability even after our time together when I’m training alone. “It all began when I went to PureGym during a difficult period in my life. There I met Diani, a fabulous trainer who, when I first met her, had a welcoming smile and not only comforted me at the time but also made me realise my self-worth.
