My aim is to help you feel strong, empowerered and more confident. I firmly believe that together we can meet your goals.

What Can I Do For You?

I’m James, a Coach and Personal trainer with 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry. I have worked with people of all different backgrounds, from athletes to beginners.

I’m based in South West London and specialise in helping beginners at the start of their fitness journey. I am patient, kind and  aim is to help you to live a fulfilling, vibrant and healthy life. I have been mentored by, and coached with some of the best coaches in the UK, and am incredibly excited to pass on what I have learnt. 

I started my fitness journey being overweight and under-confident and beleive I am a testament to the beneficial impact health and fitness can have on your life

I now compete in Calisthenics (bodyweight strength training) competitions across the UK coming 3rd in the 2023 Nationals against some of the best athletes in the UK. 

I aim to make my sessions fun and enjoyable whilst maintaining a focus on form and good quality movement. I’m friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping you optimise your training, nutrition and lifestyle. I firmly believe that together we can meet your goals, whatever they may be!

Equipment

I coach at a gym near Wimbledon Park that has a wide variety of strength and functional training equipment. For outdoors and home visit's I make use of bodyweight training, resistance bands, gymnastic rings and kettlebells.  I try my best to keep things fun, varied and interesting!
