Experience :
In my time I have won the `Junior Mr Britain`, ` Mr Britain, `Mr Europe` and `Runner Up Mr Universe`. I am 6`1", 15.5 stone, in good shape, fit and train regularly. I have been regularly training for over 30 years. I have run a youth club and owned 2 health clubs and gym in my home which is used by clients on their own or with as their Personal Trainers. The gym is mainly used by men between the ages of 16 to 70. I am also a former Environmental Health Officer, so I know all about food, fitness and what to eac to achieve individual goals. |
