| Experience : I am an experienced Personal Trainer with in depth knowledge of nutrition and weight loss programme design as well as resistance training to tone or bulk up physiques. As a County Squash player and coach I have worked with clients to develop sports specific programmes but I have also worked extensively with people who have done little or no exercise in recent years as well as others who just want to lose weight and regain their figure. As I have a high level of fitness I am able to participate with my clients in doing their activities (running, cycling etc) to help them achieve their fitness goals | |||||||
