I use my boxing experience for a stress busting workout,but it's all about what YOU need, I've worked with many people from all walks of life whether it's a top sportsman to someone who just wants to do one session a week to be healthy,that's not to say during sessions you won't be pushed because you will, but at least it'll be about you and your particular goal. | |||||||
