    So you want to lose weight and get fit & healthy?
    I predominantly offer personal training programmes, but I do one off Lifestyle Consultations as well. This is where we sit down for an hour and go over everything you need to do to start to lose weight and implement the changes needed to succeed in your quest. This is just an hour and at the end of it you will have an action plan involving food, exercise and lifestyle. This will help you to achieve what you are setting out to get.
     
    The Lifestyle Consultation is also the best place to start if you want to start personal training. It really gets all of the formal stuff dealt with and then we can really get you going and having fun!
