| Professional Reference I had been attending Jerry's Tighter Assets class for a few months and was thrilled with the fantastic results I was getting. It was around this time that I began personal training. At our first session Jerry discussed with me what I wanted to achieve. As someone that has always struggled with their weight I was hoping to become fitter, more toned and hopefully lose some weight into the bargain. Jerry gave me plenty of healthy eating and diet advice which proved very effective. Jerry is a brilliant trainer. He is very professional but at the same time friendly and fun. He is full of enthusiasm and really knows how to spur you on! I thoroughly enjoyed every session!! I like the fact that I was challenged each week and encouraged every step of the way. Every single one of our sessions was different from the last which was great! There is no chance of getting bored as you never know what is coming next!! Over a matter of weeks I was amazed at the results. I was training with Jerry only once a week and I couldn't believe just how dramatically my body shape was changing. I was thrilled that I was easily losing weight and at just how fit I had become! I can honestly say I have never felt fitter or looked leaner and more toned in my life!!
