| Professional Reference I think the facts speak for themselves. In two months of exercising (four sessions) with Georgie my waist has reduced by 7cm to 73cm and I have reduced my body fat by 2.5%. Previously I had been exercising twice a week but found it increasingly difficult to motivate myself and I was making little improvement in my fitness or "post-baby" body shape. Since working with Georgie, that has changed. My fitness level has improved no end and I feel very optimistic about attaining my pre-pregnancy dress size. Georgie is also very friendly, patient motivating and makes you feel comfortable to work-out with. Sarah, financial manager GSK It is a brutal race and a real test in character but wow what an event! All I can say is that it was truly unforgettable and is something I cannot recommend enough as an experience. I completed the Marathon des Sable in 38 hours and 1 minute in total which put me in 239th position overall (out of 609 who started the race) - Pretty pleased with top 250 and with breaking 40 hours, two of my targets pre-race (the other being to complete!) As for my training, without a shadow of a doubt the best thing I did was go to Goa for that week on the sand and in the heat.
