| Experience : I have been a Personal Trainer for four years. I have experience in toning, spin cycling, children's fitness and circuit classes. As well as vast knowledge of one to one training in a gym and home environment. I believe that personal training should not only lead to physical development, but also to a positive lifestyle change. My fitness programmes will be beneficial to anyone, no matter what their current fitness levels or ability. All my current clients have a range of individual goals that we aim to achieve together through a professional approach complimented by fun training sessions and hard work that will leave you with a smile on your face.
