    Working at Wellow Fitness Centre, as part of a team of Personal Trainers, I can offer you an experienced, friendly and understanding approach. This experience extends to any age or ability, from new to exercise to professiona sports people or experienced athletes. You will have a personal fitness programme drawn up, aimed to suit your ability and needs, considering your aims, lifestyle and any medical issues.
     
    Personal training can be arranged at the Centre, in one of our 5 individually equipped gyms for your own private use, or can be home based, utilising the Centre's mobile service.
    Professional Reference

    Ian has been my personal trainer for 5 years. I initially went to see him to improve my very basic fitness level and help me develop a more healthy lifestyle.
     
    Having achieved this, he then drew up a number of ongoing programmes, each designed to increase my fitness levels further.
     
    He helped me learn about how my body reacts and adapts to exercise and that it can be enjoyable and satisfying.
     
    In particular he has shown me how to make fitness a part of my routine and understand the important part it plays in my lifestyle.
