| Experience : Over the past few years I have dedicated my own personal training to running marathons and ultra marathons. Race successes included events such as the Marathon of Britain and the Marathon des Sables. I have also focussed my studies on nutrition as I believe that this plays a vital role in any fitness programme. It's not all about marathons though. Whether you are looking to run a mile or a marathon or simply improve your health and fitness I believe I have the skills to help you meet and beat your goals. I see my role as one of designing the most appropriate programme to ensure you have the best chance of achieving your goals. Whether they are sports specific or simply improving fitness levels or focussed on weight management I aim to manage the programme with effective use of my skills and motivation techniques to help you to be the person you want to be.
