| Experience : TIME FOR A NEW YOU Do you lack motivation? Do you have conversations with your partner comparing your levels of tiredness? It’s a common problem. We lack time and energy to do the washing, shopping, decorating that bedroom…the list is endless. Never mind time for ‘me’, my hobbies or going for a walk. Motivation is a driving force that, sometimes, everyone needs a little help with. Take the gym. It’s a standing joke the New Years Resolutions include going to the gym, eating the right foods and above all undertaking a healthier lifestyle. It’s back to normal by the end of February. Life just keeps getting in the way and takes over and lethargy creeps in once more. Help is at hand, however. There is no doubt that having a greater level of fitness improves your psychological well being. Stress becomes more manageable, your self-esteem is boosted no end and you will have more energy and confidence. It’s time to feel more positive about yourself. It’s time to treat yourself. It’s time to pick a slot in the week where the focus is you and not the family. A personal trainer would really help you to achieve a better you. Whatever your goals, a drop or two in dress size, to feel more energized, they can be achieved with the right guidance, motivation and expertise. Your personal trainer will make your sessions fun. Having a rapport with your trainer will keep you thinking positively and you’ll find yourself looking forward to your training session. Your trainer wants to see you achieve your targets, so will push you that little bit further, encourage and praise you when appropriate whilst giving you their undivided attention working on your goals. Stop having those ‘whose tired the most’ conversations with your partner. In fact, one of my clients has recently told me their partner says they are better in bed since starting personal training.
