| Experience : Staying fit and healthy in pregnancy is so important, yet there is so little sound advice about exercising in pregnancy. Getting back to being strong and fit with small children can seem just as daunting! Hattie Cameron Personal Training specialises in pre and post natal training. I run Buggyfit and pregnancy fitness classes locally which are well supported by the local midwife, obstetric physiotherapy and health visiting teams and have signicant expertise in this area. I also have 2 babies myself, so understand first hand the realities of pregnancy and of life with small children. Most of my clients train outside or at home, but I also offer a private studio. Many of my clients train with their babies so there's no need for creche/nursery. Training is always enjoyable, effective and appropriate. Programmes incorporate nutritional advice, postural analysis, flexibility training and draw on a range of disciplines from boxing, skiing, climbing, running to yoga and pilates.
