| Experience : Regular physical activity is vital for health, quality of life and to manage the stress of a busy lifestyle. However, I believe that the gym isn't the best environment for everyone. Many of my clients train outside or at home. I also offer a private studio. I’m happy to train clients accompanied by their babies - with a baby myself I understand the pressures of a young family. I’m determined that fitness is achievable for everyone. Training is always enjoyable, effective and appropriate. Programmes incorporate nutritional advice, postural analysis, flexibility training and draw on a range of disciplines from boxing, skiing, climbing, running to yoga and pilates.
