Clients suffering with Lower Back problems, Postural Dysfunctions, Sciatica, High Blood Pressure, Multiple Sclerosis, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Asthma, Diabetes, Obesity and Stress have all responded well to training regimes designed specifically for them. I have also worked with Pre and Post Natal women. As a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals I am recognised as an Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer.
