| Experience : Qualifying in Personal Training from St Mary's College in 1998 after a career in teaching and Physical Education, I commenced my fitness career at Champneys Health Club and Spa , becoming Fitness Manager after 2 years. At Champneys, I developed and greatly enhanced my personal training knowledge, as I regularly trained clientele with differing fitness levels, ages and abilities. This experience combined with relevant training courses, including the annual IDEA Personal Training Summit in New York and Human Nutrition at the OU, was the inspiration for Morpheus Health and Fitness. I believe strongly that dedication to my clients needs, sound training knowledge and a fun approach are the key factors for a successful outcome, whether it's to run a marathon or drop a dress size. Morpheus is about realistic long term change, that is sustainable. | Professional Reference As my professional life has became increasingly busy, my ability to participate in regular team sports was impossible, as I was always travelling or at meetings etc. So I reverted to regular late night visits to the gym and the dreaded treadmill. But after years of training on treadmills I was simply bored of going to the gym. As being healthy and feeling fit has always been important to me I was at a loss at what to do. I was then introduced to Mike who spent time with me listening to what I wanted to get out of training. Mike then created a training program to these objectives. I find the training imaginative, interesting and highly effective. I find the variety of exercise and motivation pushing me beyond my comfort zone without me even knowing it.
