| Experience : As well as operating my own successful personal training business in South West London and Surrey, I have worked at a number of gyms and health clubs throughout the London area, including the MATT ROBERTS Personal Training Studio and the THE RIVERSIDE CLUB, Chiswick. I have also worked with a number of high profile clients. I am truly passionate about health & fitness and one of my biggest personal achievements was to run the 2006 London Marathon. Whether you have just had a baby, suffer from back pain, want to lose weight and change your body shape,improve your energy levels, run the London Marathon, or you simply need the extra motivation to succeed...
