Whether you enjoy working with weights, the more cardio based training or prefer a more martial arts based approach. I will adapt your training. We all like different things and what benefits some will not benefit others. Success and results will come when we blend these two variables together. The biggest factor in physcial fitness is your diet. You can be participating in the best training but if your eating patterns are bad then the benefits and results will be greatly diminished. Along with your training I also work out your ideal dietary plan using scientific methods. The plan will work out portion control making it easy for you to know what, and how to eat for the fast track to success. I also offer sports massage therapy and injury rehab. We can cure old injuries and prevent new ones for occurring. | |||||||
