Professional Reference
I came across Sarah many years ago now when she was teaching spinning classes at my Leisure centre. We got talking and one thing lead to another and 6 years on she is still working with me as my personal trainer. It has taken 6 years of fun,sweat and tears to get me from a size 18 to a small size 12,two fun runs,aLondon to Paris bike ride,a wedding where I was the bride and held a perfect 10 for the day and the birth of my son Jamie.
