| Experience : I have been qualified as a personal trainer since May 2004 and have since had a dedicated client base who I have worked with to help achieve goals such as weight loss, improving core stability and one client who has recently completed a half marathon. I am very passionate about what I do and will do whatever it takes to help you achieve your goals. We can train from your home, in the park or in a gym where ever you feel most comfortable. As well as being qualified as a Personal Trainer I also take classes such as Circuits, Core Stability and Body Biking. | |||||||
