| Professional Reference I am a mother of 3, 42 years old, I felt slightly overweight, and unfit, I had no time for myself, and I was in great need of motivation!! A friend of mine recommended Clare. I was a little worried at first, as I had never had a personal trainer and I have visions of her cracking her whip and shouting a lot, making me do things I didn't want to do! ... It was certainly not like that. Clare is very friendly, caring and understanding. Clare asked me lots of questions about myself, my needs and my life style. Once she had established what I needed, she wrote me a programme to fit in with my every day life. She also told me to keep a dairy of my eating habits. Once a week Clare would come to my house to go through the programme, the first few times, I wanted to cry!!! (I felt sooo unfit!) but Clare was very supportive and kept me going. After a few weeks I could't believe the difference in myself. My weight had dropped, I had lots of energy and I looked forward to exercising on my own as well as with Clare. I'm still exercising and enjoying it. The best thing of all, is when your friends start noticing the difference and your face lights up when you start to talk about exercising!!!!
