| Experience : I have had an active interest in sport from an early age including representing professional and semi-professional football clubs. A keen runner, cyclist and triathlete, I have many years experience of fitness training and optimum nutrition. As well as personal training, I also instruct weekly circuits, spinning and Boxercise classes, as well as team coaching. | |||||||
| Professional Reference I was offered a last minute charity place in the London Marathon 2007. Mark put together a training plan, really encouraging me and made me believe that I could achieve my goal. The plan introduced me to new types of training, including hill reps and interval running. This not only improved my fitness, but enabled me to stay motivated and to make the most out of every training session. I completed my first marathon and have already entered my next marathon. I will definitely be going to Mark for more training tips, advice and encouragement. Gemma Wright Three years ago I had an operation to straighten my leg and repair my knee, this meant no sport for 12 months. After that time, I started training with Mark to ensure I did not damage my knee again. This lead from one thing to another and eight months later competed in my first 10km run. As my fitness level increased, I extended this to half-marathons and in 2007 completed the London Olympic Triathlon in just over 2.30hrs. Mark has helped me change by body shape, improve my fitness levels and advised on dietary requirements to get to the level that I am now.
