    I have been applying my technical know-how to the successful training of clients for the last 7 years, having graduated from Uni with a comprehensive understanding and appreciation for the human body and its systems. It is this understanding that allows me to create a safe, balanced, exciting, client-orientated program to advance you towards & past your chosen goals.
     
    Ensuring optimal technique and full utilization of your available exercise time, I will help you progress, step by step towards your personal health/fitness goal, however big or small the gap between your current condition and the condition that you seek.
     
    I use a range of innovative assessment tools to measure your current functional capacity, and at regular intervals re-assess to measure improvements, from a simple sit & reach assessment of flexibility to using a Vo² analyzer to assess fat burning efficiency and cardio fitness.
     
    Having worked for the leading health club in the City, guiding and developing the personal training team, I recently co-founded Body Science Ltd, a company of exercise specialists dedicated to the advancement of health and fitness of those working in the ever increasingly physically and mentally stressful environments within the capital.
