| Experience : I have worked for 15 years in the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer and more recently working for Premier Training teaching people to become Personal Trainers. My focus is on getting clients to work hard and to learn the correct techniques. My training is based on ensuring that the client gets benefits they need such as weight loss and toning as well as making every day activities easier. I strongly believe that to benefit from training the individual needs to get all other areas of their life in order as well. I look at diet, rest, motivation, stress management as being important in achieving aims. I also believe the client needs to be taught the correct mental approach to actually succeed in achieving their aims. | |||||||
