| Experience : I have been in the leisure and fitness industry for over 4 years. It is important that you get the most out of your exercise sessions. Everyone is different; finding the right blend of perfect surroundings,privacy and security as well as peace of mind can often prove difficult. Exercise is a personal experience and you deserve to feel as comfortable as possible. Working on a one-to-one basis or even in a small group allows me to give you my full attention. Private tuition is personalised to cater for your specific needs and allows you the opportunity to choose your time and location. Training with me means you are a client, not a gym customer, and as such, I will look after you before, during and after exercise ensuring that the entire experience is fun, fulfilling and ultimately safe. Whether you are a complete beginner, a more experienced exerciser, whether you require regular private tuition or simply one or two sessions to train for something in particular, I will tailor a program specifically designed to suit your needs and help you reach your goal. Before engaging in any form of exercise program, it is essential to analyse and assess the specific needs of each client. A detailed lifestyle analysis will aim to provide me with a template in which to base your individual program and schedule it to fit in with your day-to-day life. Medical screening and static health tests will enable me to identify any underlying conditions which can easily be accounted for when designing the program. As a qualified nutritional expert I am also available to give dietary advice and assess your intake in order to function around your desired program. | |||||||
