    Interested in fitness for years, experienced with weight loss/management, inch loss, tone and wellbeing, I am very much a people person. As well as fitness I have qualifications in Counselling Skills. Although my specialist area is over 50's (I am over 50 myself) my clients range from their 20's to their 60's and over. One thing they all have in common? They enjoy their workouts with me and they SEE RESULTS quickly!
